EXPECT VARIATION - All the accessories are free form sculptures, handmade by our artists; this means that the piece you receive will vary from the photos on our site. We consider these differences to be a defining characteristic of our jewelry designs; no two items are alike.


Jewelry Shipping

FLAT RATE SHIPPING -  For any order in the US, we offer Priority Flat Rate Mail  via United States Postal Service (USPS) . This is tracked, insured, and guaranteed to be delivered in 1-3 business days once your package has shipped. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES - We offer USPS Priority Flat Rate International Shipping, for anywhere outside the US. and will take 6-10 business days once it has shipped.

PRODUCTION - Because all of our sculptural accessories are handcrafted and made-to-order, your jewelry will be completed within 5-7 business days after your original purchase. If an item's materials are out of stock, it will take up to two weeks to complete, but you will be notified via email.

TRACKING - Once the order is processed and shipped, detailed tracking information will arrive to you via email.

COMPLEMENTARY PACKAGING - We will always package all of our pieces in 100% recycled paper jewelry boxes, with 100% recycled tissue paper & card stock (all made in USA).

GIFT WRAPPING - We offer complementary boutique ribbons for all orders. We will work with you to create the perfect gift wrapping options for special events such as birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries — just send us an email with your request, and this will be complementary — info@makewilde.com


Jewelry - Returns & Exchanges 

CANCELLATION -  Each sculptural accessory is made-to-order, so if you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within the first 12 hours after your purchase. After this window, all sales are final. Contact us if you have any concerns or questions.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT - This is extremely unlikely, as we package our pieces so that they arrive to you in perfect condition.

However, in the rare event that an item is damaged in transit, you must send us an email upon receiving the damaged package (same day). We ask that you send a photo of the damaged item to determine if it should be sent back fro repairs or simply replaced. Return service will include compensation for return shipping, and complementary replacement shipping. We will gladly replace any damaged items and ship them to you at no additional cost.

REPAIRS -  If a repair is needed, we will repair the order for up to 12 months after your purchase, if the repair is physically possible. We will work with you to replace your item if the damage was caused due to a defect in production or materials. Depending on the situation, you might need to cover the shipping cost involved in completing the repair, as well as an additional materials & labor cost, which will be sent as a repair proposal. Repair or replacement requests must include photos of the damaged accessory, along with your original order number so that we can better assist you. RETURNS - Because all of our sculptural accessories are made to order, you must cancel an order within the first twelve (12) hours after placing the order. Anytime after this, all sales are final. We will, however work with you to accommodate your requests after a purchase has been made. If the item arrives to you and you wish to exchange it due to size, design, fit, color, or some other variable, we will happily work with you to make appropriate exchanges. Exchanges are possible on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us. 

REPLACEMENTS - If you need to replace one earring from a pair, we will send you one replacement earring for half of the retail price. Please send us an email with your original order number and necessary replacement information:  info@makewilde.com

OTHER - If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) please email us so that we can help. We will always try our best to resolve and accommodate any situations that come up.

EXPECT VARIATION - Please keep in mind that our skincare products are handmade and 100% natural (botanical), so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color, for example). Your product also might vary slightly in it's packaging based on availability.

However, in the rare event that an item is damaged in transit, you must send us an email upon receiving the damaged package (same day 24HRS). We might ask that you email us a photo of the damaged item. We will gladly replace any damaged items and ship them to you at no additional cost.
